Hi, I'm Laura

I am a qualified social worker, master level life coach, hypnotherapist and Reiki practitioner, bringing 14 years experience and a holistic approach to help you return to balance in mind, body and soul. I support you to reconnect with your inner guidance and release what is no longer serving you.

For 10+ years I supported vulnerable children, youth and families, to heal from trauma and create safety, stability and positive changes in their lives.

After having my own children, and recognising the gaps in the human services field, and having a lifelong interest in alternative therapies, I expanded my skillset so I could support people to create lasting change in their lives.

I bring a unique and holistic set of skills and modalities into my approach to helping people heal their wounds, and let go of what is blocking their wellbeing, fulfilment and freedom.
